Creation & Development - Expert

Positions in this sub-family are responsible for developing and testing new fragrances / flavors for various products, such as food and beverages, perfumes and cosmetics including: •Conducting research on different ingredients, formulations, and techniques to create unique and appealing scents •Working on improving existing products and developing innovative solutions to meet consumer preferences and market trends

Subject Matter Experts provide authoritative expertise in a discipline or specialization, within an assigned, subordinated organization (regionally, or at least locally, with regional reach).

Are recognized subject matter expert in job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience.
• Managing large projects or processes with limited oversight from manager.
• Coaching, reviewing and delegating work to lower-level professionals.
• Problems faced are difficult and often complex.
